Best way to check availability/request upcoming stay?

Click book now and create your request.  We will then send confirmation once approved based on availability via email with a link for payment.  If we are already booked up you will receive a cancellation email.  Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your pups spot.  Limited availability.  Please allow 24-48 hours for approval and 2-3 months for major holidays. Texting is our main method of communication.

Please keep in mind we are a family owned business opening our home to pups offering a safe, loving home environment 7 days a week, 365 days a year with Thanksgiving/Christmas being the busiest time of year.  We value open communication with the pups parents currently in our care.  If your pup is not currently in our care,  please allow up to 48 hours for a response  to non urgent inquires.  We try to be as up front/informative as possible on our website. Drop off/Pick up Policy

Please keep us updated on your correct pick up/drop off times.  We plan your dog’s play time and other fun stuff around their drop off/pick up schedule so everyone gets the most out of their stay with us.  Please text when you arrive and we will come outside to greet you and your pup.  We now also have an office entrance that provides a smoother drop off/pick up process.

Bookings are priced per 24 hour period.  For example,  if you drop off at 10am, you would have until 10am the following day to pick up before additional fees apply.  Please adjust your drop off/pick up time accordingly if you do not want additional fees applied.  Extended stay fees are as following…

  • 0-2 hours past drop off time $15. 
  • 3-6 hours past drop off time $32. 
  • Anything 6 hours past drop off time will receive a Full Extended Stay Fee at $45

What is your cancellation policy?

48 hour notice of cancellation. A 95 percent refund is available if cancellation is before 48 hours of time service begins. 24 hour notice of cancellation. A 50 percent refund is available if cancelled 24 hours before the service begins.  A booking that is over 7 days will receive a 95 percent refund for all days that extend past the 7 days.

Holiday Bookings

Due to limited availability any bookings that fall under a holiday must be cancelled 7 days before drop off date to receive a 50% credit on account for future stays.  If cancelled with less than 72 hours,  then reservation must be paid in full for holding the spot.

What to expect during your pups stay?

All pups are monitored 24/7.  Supervised outdoor potty /playtime only.  Your pup can enjoy as much or as little outdoor/indoor playtime as per your request.  There will be plenty of pictures updates portraying your pups happiest moments and fun filled action shots during their stay.

What to bring during your pups stay?

All you need to bring is food/ leash.  I can provide the rest for I have plenty of bowls, beds, blankets and toys etc. I have anything and everything you would possibly need to keep your pup happy and entertained!  Feel free to bring anything from home that would make your pups stay more comfortable.
